Job Description
  • Manage projects improvement and automating production planning processes effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish KPIs e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance, and MLT.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities at all levels within an organization.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively multitasking and collaborating in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Make clear, logical decisions based on facts, considering the big picture, long and short-term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Possess very strong data analytics skills (highly experienced in extracting, manipulating, and reporting data from multiple sources), along with presentation and communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Management, Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3 or more years of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning, including Ad-Hoc analysis related to supply planning activities, e.g. identifying root causes of shortages to forecasts and/or orders.
  • ERP knowledge in SAP, Oracle, i2, and MES.
  • Proficiency in applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, and SQL.
  • Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations and Knowledge of Supply Chain.
  • Basic Knowledge of Data Visualization.
  • Exhibit good follow-up, accountability, customer-oriented mindset, and timely feedback & support.
