Malaysia CREDENCE CONSULTING (M) SDN. BHD. Full time

Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Handle emails, calls, and messages.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Perform full range of secretarial duties to MD.Attend to MD's personal work tasks.
Can involve frequent travel.

Requirements:
Minimum diploma qualification.
At least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Investment/Banking industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office.
Prefer Chinese Male.
