PopBox is an automated locker service for the e-commerce market. People can collect, send, and return parcels. Founded in Indonesia in 2015, it expanded into Malaysia in 2017 and is growing quickly. The Malaysia operation is a joint venture between PopBox Asia and Sunway Ventures (Sunway Group's corporate venture capital arm).

Job Responsibility

  • Generate leads of relevant contact person for prospective locker locations in central region i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley etc.;
  • Prepare analysis of locations performance on monthly basis;
  • Attend to customers' complaints and location partner's inquiries as and when required;
  • Manage and maintain relationships with new/existing customers and partners;
  • Execute the marketing strategies and promotional activities ideas;
  • Execute and coordinate localize experiments to help drive PopBox adoption and awareness;
  • Prepare, compile and submit weekly reports on marketing campaigns etc.;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related initiatives and results as needed;
  • Involve and assist in sales and business intelligence data collection and analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report and manage sales activity planning Track
  • Involve in monthly and quarterly key account planning
  • Involve in yearly Business Plan projections with focus on sales projections and targets
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree or any equivalent field.
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking.
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience in business strategy and finance is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English. Being able to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Have 1-2 years of sales experiences, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Passionate in venture building
  • Is Self-motivated and self-starter
