We are in search of an Accounts Receivable manager to join our Finance team. Your role will involve spearheading operational excellence in the Order-to-Cash process through strategic leadership, continuous enhancement, and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and define SLA and KPI for our FinOps team
  • Establish systems and processes to monitor SLA and KPI
  • Analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies forward
  • Develop SOPs and policies to enhance efficiency in Accounts Receivable workflow
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team productivity and knowledge
  • Mentor junior team members to nurture their skills and confidence
  • Lead process changes in Finance Operations through cross-functional projects
  • Requirements:
