  • Closing 29 Oct 2024 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality and F&B. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Skills:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications in marketing or business management are a plus

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. Develop comprehensive market plans that align with the company's overall marketing and sales objectives. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales through retail and distribution channels. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to enhance brand presence and market penetration. Collaborate with the sales team to design programs that support sales targets and objectives. Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and plans. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for marketing activities. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Perform detailed sales analysis to understand product performance, customer preferences, and market trends. Generate regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. Use sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize trade marketing efforts. Lead the implementation of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and support needed to achieve sales goals. Track the progress of sales initiatives and provide regular updates to management. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely distribution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Negotiate trade terms and promotional agreements with retail partners. Provide training and support to retail staff to ensure effective product merchandising and sales.
