In this role, your ability to build strong customer relationships and keen understanding of market needs will drive the Reckitt portfolio's visibility and sales. Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for annual sales target to meet company goals.
  • Measure progress against plans and communicate to Sales Manager.
  • Plan calls on assigned target audience to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time.
  • Make professional product presentations to healthcare professionals/decision makers to gain their support to company's products.
  • Maintain up-to-date Doctors/Customers system and key in daily on the assigned target audience highlighting their prescribing pattern and other vital information relevant to planning of promotional programs.
  • Timely submission of all Reports, itineraries, etc as instituted by the company.
  • Identify potential prescribers and develop them into regular supporters of Company's products.
  • Keep management informed of all competitors' activities that can likely affect sales of Company.
  • Follow and undertake all activities as instituted by the Management.
The experience we're looking for
  • Possesses at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in related field.
  • Good knowledge of medical sales force and internal operating systems, policies and procedures.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience for the assigned territory, with 1 to 3 years of working experience
  • Knowledgeable in OTC products will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer relationship (HCPs, Medical Societies, Hospitals etc..)
  • Experienced in conducting presentations to customers and possess the ability to train customers on product and related sciences.
  • Knowledge of return of investment and maximizes profit for the company.
  • Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment.
