  • Assist manager in preparation/monitor for business development activities, presentations, or other documentation required.
  • Attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problems faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problems.
  • Provide guidance and counselling to agency members violating Company/ Industry/Regulatory guidelines and to enforce the prescribed guidelines among agency members.
  • Provide additional motivation for agency members to raise agency morale.
  • Organize and support all company's functions.
  • Continuously encourage agency members to focus on recruiting new agents.
  • Encourage Agency Leaders to train-up agents for promotion to be future leaders.
  • Identify training needs of the agency force and provide suitable agency training.
  • Promote and encourage agency force to attend training programs.
  • Ensure agents compliance with fulfilment of CPD hours.
  • Performance management of agencies.
  • Daily Administration works.
  • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge in takaful is an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor/Degree of Accountancy and/or other related qualifications.
  • Min 1 year in any field.
