Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement planned maintenance guides to ensure reliable equipment uptime.
  • Train technical teams on competency models and certification processes.
  • Manage equipment maintenance activities, personnel, and systematic maintenance to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the deployment of maintenance policies and strategies.
  • Maintain job cards and support the optimization of machine performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology).
  • More than 5 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and maintenance systematics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and drive improvement.
  • Good understanding of machine mechanisms and ability to perform PM activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
