In charge of real estate and asset lifecycle managementOversee a broad spectrum of investee companies, ensuring that the investments are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and maximizing returnsPerform comprehensive analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor benchmarks to guide investment decisions and strategiesEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and investee companies to ensure streamlined operations and effective communicationsCollaborate with the finance team to review and analyze the financial performance of investee companiesOversee the complete lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposition, ensuring maximum value extraction and minimizing risksPresent concise and detailed reports on portfolio performance, investment strategies and market insights to senior management and board membersGuide and lead a team of portfolio managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learningIdentify potential risks in investee companies or within the portfolio, and devise strategies to mitigate or manage these risksCollaborate with the acquisitions team in the assessment, negotiation, and execution of new investment opportunitiesKeep abreast of industry norms, legal and regulatory shifts, and optimal practices in real estate and asset management skills and experience required Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business, Finance, equivalent15-20 years of portfolio management or equity research experience, focusing on real estate and asset lifecycle managementDemonstrated track record of managing and optimizing a diverse investment portfolioStrong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design strategies accordingly culture and benefits Your future employer is financially strong and growing rapidly in recent years with a strong portfolio of completed, ongoing and future projects secured.
