Coming out with project budget upon new contract awardings to ensure new developments are able to kick start.In charge of cost matters such as coming out with cost monitoring reports and advising the Project Manager in cost control and cost improvement in a timely manner.In charge of reviewing & the whole process of project from inception till completion such as pre to post contract and subsequently final accounts.In charge of coordinating contract files/documents to identify discrepancies, additional work and submit timely noticesFull involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers to get the best deals.Fully involved in managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions to terms that are not favourable to the company.Working together with the Head of Contract to liaise with Project Manager, sub-contractors, and consultants for performing and administrating of main contracts and sub-contracts.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors. skills and experience required Minimum 8 years experience in construction field.Strong all rounded Quantity Survey/Contract professional.Excellent in handling key & top stakeholders.Able to perform efficiently while under pressure.
