As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management
    • Source and procure office consumables, including stationery, printing materials, and other essential supplies.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office premises, including security, cleaning services, and office equipment.
    • Manage the company's property, including maintenance, renovation, and repair works.
  • Safety and Health
    • Take lead in the Safety and Health Committee, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Business Operations
    • Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports.
    • Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including insurance and control of petrol and toll cards.
  • Event Planning
    • Organize company events, such as AGM and annual dinner.
  • Intellectual Property
    • Manage and safeguard the company's trademark, including application, renewal, and handling of infringement matters.

Requirements

  • Degree or Professional Certification in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Able to lead the maintenance and administration team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with suppliers, vendors, and tenants.
