As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Source and procure office consumables, including stationery, printing materials, and other essential supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office premises, including security, cleaning services, and office equipment.
- Manage the company's property, including maintenance, renovation, and repair works.
- Safety and Health
- Take lead in the Safety and Health Committee, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Business Operations
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports.
- Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including insurance and control of petrol and toll cards.
- Event Planning
- Organize company events, such as AGM and annual dinner.
- Intellectual Property
- Manage and safeguard the company's trademark, including application, renewal, and handling of infringement matters.
Requirements
- Degree or Professional Certification in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in a managerial capacity.
- Able to lead the maintenance and administration team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with suppliers, vendors, and tenants.
