About the Role

Beshom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure office supplies and materials, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Lead the Safety and Health Committee to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports.
  • Manage the company's property, including maintenance and facilities, renovation and repair works, and tenancy matters.
  • Oversee the application and renewal of business licenses and ensure compliance with local authorities' requirements.
  • Ensure the upkeep of company premises, security, cleaning services, and office equipment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including insurance and control of petrol and toll cards.
  • Organize company events, such as AGMs and annual dinners.
  • Manage and safeguard the company's trademark, including application, renewal, and handling of infringement matters.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional certification in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Able to lead the maintenance and administration team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with suppliers, vendors, and tenants.
