  • Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
  • Collaborate with other functions of E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal
    Requirement:
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Able to converse in Cantonese is advantageous
  • Diploma and above or equivalent
