  • Maximise the utilisation of the staffto achieve optimum standard of service and value for hotel guest and goal.
  • Train, cross train, and retain all team members for all shift-related duties and responsibilities.
  • Be accountable and take responsibility for all department heads and take ownership of all guests complains.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate Post Graduate SPM, Diploma and any experience field hotel may applied.
  • Atleast 1-2 years working experience in hotel industry.
  • Willing to work in Selangor area.
  • Strong understanding of Hotel Management practices and extensive hands-on experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional Leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical & decision making skills

Salary RM1800 + OT + Commission + Overriding
