Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad.

This part-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY and is at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and issues.2. Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.4. Document and track client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.5. Assist with product demonstrations and onboarding for new clients.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is preferred.
