Job Description:
Petronas is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure longterm satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in planning and executing client events and initiativesRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
