Responsibilities:
1.

Customer Inquiry Handling:
Manage inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries, addressing general client inquiries regarding hospital products and services.

2.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring timely and thorough responses.

3.

Feedback Collection:

Ensure sufficient patient/customer satisfaction surveys and Google reviews are obtained within stipulated timeframes, facilitating continuous improvement efforts and maintaining high service standards.

4.

Patient Fronting and On-Ground Support:

Serve as a patient-facing representative, performing regular ward rounds and on-ground visits to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for.


Qualification:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred).
  • Customer Care Specialist: 3 years (preferred)

Salary:
From RM3,500.00 per month
