Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, office administration, and customer follow-up. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and process payments in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt billing.
Assist with budget preparation and track budget variances.
Perform office administration duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Provide general support to managers and staff as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Proficient in accounting software and office management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
