Plan and prepare a communication platform for the organisation, including internal and external information distribution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination. Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with the organisation's audience and promote its mission. Manage and maintain the organisation's online presence, including social media accounts and website content. Provide effective responses to issues, queries, and feedback from various stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration in Mass Communication and Media or a related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Communication and Media, or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Sustainable Development Goals
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
