  • Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Department.
  • Develops employment policies in accordance with company culture while ensuring their legal compliance. Execute the implementation of HR policies and procedures, improvement projects to uplift overall farm operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible sourcing, selection, and recruitment activities to support operation manpower requirements.
  • Recruit and manage foreign workers administration duties such as foreign worker hostel arrangement, insurance and Fomema medical check-up, passport renewal, work permit renewal etc.
  • Process and prepare monthly payroll and ensure compliance to statutory report requirements.
  • Continuously seek for improvement of our people practices, drive, and influence change to optimize workforce engagement.
  • Liaise with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations.
  • To manage employees' disciplinary matter, conduct counselling employees, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances to ensure a conducive working environment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin , English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred since this role will deal with team members based in Asian Countries are Mandarin speakers.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
