Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)

Product Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of existing products and services, ensuring they meet market needs and company standards.

Feature Development:
Collaborate with technical teams to define, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development.

Roadmap Planning:
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success and alignment with company strategy.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on product performance, using metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain product documentation and provide training to internal teams on new features and updates.

Compliance:
Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in product management, product development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the industry.
