Our client is in business consulting and services. Currently, they are seeking for Manager/ Assistant Manager of Corporate Secretarial to join their team (multiple headcounts).

about the job

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

Ensure timely execution of statutory compliance duties as well as the monitoring, updating, and maintenance of all corporate secretarial records for clients.Ensure consistent updates to clients' data, documents, and records in the statutory files, maintaining proper organization in designated client document folders and systems.Ensure adherence to best practices in corporate governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Strict adherence to internal policies and SOPs by the team.Manage ad-hoc tasks, assignments, and projects as and when required. about the requirements Licensed (ICSA or SSM or MACS) or Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.At least 3-6 years of relevant working experience.Familiar with the Companies Act, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and other relevant laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Understand and address client and organizational needs effectively.Proficient in time and project management. about the manager/team This role reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate Secretarial
