Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY.

This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with any accountrelated inquiries, issues, or requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up to date on product information and new features to provide accurate information to clientsRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Energetic and resilient personality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
