We're seeking a talented NPI Engineer to join one of the global leading electronics manufacturers.This role is to be based in Vietnam. This position requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to: NPI DirectorWork mode : Onsite, VietnamGood overseas salary package and other benefits the role Lead, oversee and contribute in the entire ene to end New Product Innovation (NPI) process from initial concept through to mass production.Conduct design reviews and and create process flows, FMEA of new NPICoordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new productsFacilitate the seamless transfer of products from the R&D phase to the factory, focusing on testing and electronic analysis.Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for new products. Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and conduct root cause analysis to address process and product issues.Apply deep understanding of electronic principles, PCB/PCBA design, and SMT. the experience A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic EngineeringAtleast years of experience in end to end involvement or overseeing of NPI proccesses from initial concept to mass productionStong hands on experience in electronics, PCB/PCBA, and SMT.Professional hands on experience in transfer process from R&D to factory, including testing (box - build) and electronic analysis.Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Mini tab, Cpk, GR&R, SPC
