Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Head of Marketing (Malaysia). You will be leading our

Malaysian marketing team, and growing revenue, MAC, MAU, and overall brand presence.

You will own aggressive growth goals, set the strategy, and manage a high-performing

team. You will also roll up your sleeves, a lot. You will also be in charge of working on the

overall Pine Labs portfolio in Malaysia, including Pine Labs, QC and Fave. Your main role

will be leading the Fave team (80%) and the other 20% will be on the other Pine Labs

brands across Malaysia.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

As Head of Marketing (Malaysia), you will:

● Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, CRM, Content, Advertising, Communications, and Creative

● Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels, and marketing stack

● Own the marketing budget, and allocate optimally across tools and channels

● Identify and prioritize growth experiments - e.g. optimize existing channels, and

discover new ones

● Establish a growth habit and culture of experimentation. Work with the team to

prioritize and implement growth experiments.

● Lead the charge on building a data-driven culture, including instrumentation and

attribution

● Work closely with the product team to refine UX, copy, and messaging

● Steward the company brand and voice; ensure consistency in all our communication

● Manage and continue to build out the growth/marketing team

● To also work on Offline Marketing events to push for branding, increased payments

under the Pine Lab's brand

What matters in the role

● 7+ years of marketing experience; 2+ years of experience leading a marketing team

● Proven track record of building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and

services

● Significant experience in marketing or user acquisition and growth experience,

preferably in the fintech industry proliferating consumer facing digital products and

services

● Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesize, recommend and

take actions.

● A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption

● Experience working in a start-up environment desirable
