Manager, Admissions, Scholarships and Analytics

Lead the delivery of the admissions process efficiently and accurately to support student growth. Develop and implement admissions and scholarship plans, ensuring student recruitment targets are met. Process applications, maintain a customer-focused experience, and review scholarships for competitiveness. Work closely with the student recruitment team and marketing department to drive recruitment performance and analyse trends.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement admissions and scholarship plans.
- Process applications and ensure entry requirements are met.
- Review and enhance scholarship schemes.
- Lead the development of the CRM system and Student Management system.
- Drive student recruitment through strategic planning and analysis.
- Work closely with the student recruitment team and marketing department.
- Participate in strategic discussions and review recruitment strategies.
Supervision and Contact: Regular contact with external stakeholders, including prospective students and parents, as well as internal contact with the academic team. Supervision received from the Head of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions. Supervision given to a Senior Executive and Admissions Officer.
Terms and Conditions: The post is initially on a two-year contract, renewed subject to performance. Based on the UoRM campus at Educity, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, diplomacy, and experience in market research and analysis.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of MQA and EMGS requirements.
- Awareness of current issues affecting international students.
- Thorough knowledge of the UK higher education system.
- At least 2-3 years in admissions or related role.
- At least 2-3 years in data analysis or related role.
Disposition:
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Results and outcome driven.
- Enjoys meeting new people.
Other:
- Produce accurate data analysis and reports.
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office.
