ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, providing assistance and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records, input data, and document phone conversations in a database.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, including introducing them to management, connecting them with colleagues, and guiding them on software usage and documentation access.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and helpful attitude.
- Basic knowledge in administration or sales.
- Proficiency in computer skills like Word and Excel.
Salary:
Starting from RM1,800.00 per month
Benefits:
