A homegrown F&B brand is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead marketing strategies and tactics to increase market share and user engagement.
  2. Drive strategic growth through reviewing and improving existing campaigns and strategies.
  3. Conduct market analysis on consumer behaviour, competitor trends, as well as emerging channel trends.
  4. Develop and manage marketing budget to ensure cost optimization and effective usage.
  5. Work closely with marketing team and internal stakeholders to drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Holds a Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. Around years of marketing experience within consumer-related industries (experience in F&B / Retail will be an added advantage).
  3. Strong analytical skills and high level of business acumen.
  4. Prior experience in people management.
