Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and act independently on requests or incidents raised by the client for their ERP application and resolve them within the agreed SLA and with quality.
  • Undertake analysis work to identify root causes and discuss findings with team members and stakeholders, escalating as necessary.
  • Lead the collection of business requirements and proposals for end-to-end solutions to support client initiatives.
  • Take on a Team Lead role when required and guide the team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor team workload and make decisions to ensure quality and on-time delivery for clients.
  • Act as Process Expert in the team, coaching and guiding other team members and conducting training where necessary.
  • Prepare all necessary reporting for SLA Governance and Statuses.
  • Act as the ambassador for AMS support practice in Deloitte SEA and spread understanding of its value to stakeholders.
  • Partake in the development of AMS setup in Deloitte SEA.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance current processes within the organization.
  • Fully comply with and adhere to all standard AMS processes & procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 6-10 years' experience working with SAP PI/PO/CPI/BTP in an end-user environment or consulting with good support & configuration experience (level 2 & 3).
  • Integration knowledge to other functional areas is an added advantage.
  • Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership of problems and responds proactively.
  • Willing to take on new solutions/applications and ensure successful integration and support for the business.
  • Willing to work based on clients' business workdays and office hours.
