Growth Potential: As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales growth initiatives across South East Asia, making a significant impact in the AI and IoT industry's high-growth years.

Responsibilities:
  1. Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including system integrators, resellers, and distributors, to expand our market reach.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Physical Security or DataCenter business sector.
  3. Be a high-level individual contributor, driving our business objectives.
  4. Identify and generate leads from ideal customers through methods such as cold calling or leveraging your current network.
  5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.
  6. Explore different go-to-market models to maximize sales.
  7. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
  8. Cultivate and manage relationships with prospects.
  9. Build a strong team specializing in system integration for business development.
  10. Develop and implement long-term business plans and tactical strategies.
  11. Participate in government and private industry tenders, including proposal writing and providing technical information.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities and events to maximize the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Automation, access control, and video analytics.
  3. Experience in facial recognition and IoT systems.
  4. Minimum 2 years of Sales/Channel/Business Development experience in the mentioned product line.
  5. Existing potential client database and influential relations with consultant/end customers.
  6. Strong understanding of the local market in physical security such as CCTV/ACS/VMS security solution selling.
  7. Building management system experience in the datacenter market is a big plus.
  8. Familiarity with local market regulations and the ability to translate them into sales efforts.
  9. Ability to align business needs with technology solutions and position them effectively in competitive scenarios.
  10. Highly motivated, resourceful, independent, proactive, and customer-focused.
  11. Proven track record in sales.
