Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including issuing invoices and recording accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the process of closing monthly and yearly accounts.
- Handle HR processes, including attendance, overtime, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress tracking.
- Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing yearly performance appraisals and developing stronger training programs.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and administration team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
