Key Responsibilities
Client & Team Liaison
  1. Act as the central communication hub between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth project flow and clear expectations.
Project Management
  1. Oversee end-to-end project management, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
  2. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and processes, to ensure successful execution.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  4. Write comprehensive briefs that align with client objectives, fueling creative and innovative advertising campaigns for the creative team.
Organization & Coordination
  1. Ensure all project assets, materials, and documentation are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
  2. Track and deliver materials consistently, efficiently, and on time.
Proposal & Presentation Creation
  1. Collaborate with the team to develop persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our creative vision and project goals.
Social Media Strategy & Management
  1. Develop a robust social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and aligns with client marketing goals.
  2. Create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn) that resonates with target audiences.
  3. Manage new client social media accounts and ad campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and optimal performance.
  4. Monitor KPIs to assess content effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Billing & Financial Oversight
  1. Manage and oversee project billing, ensuring accurate quotes, purchase orders, and timely invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
Business Development
  1. Identify and explore new business opportunities, including lead generation and partnerships, to support the agency's growth.
  2. Assist with business development efforts for new and prospective clients assigned by Director.
Team Collaboration
  1. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and production partners to drive project success.
  2. Ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork across departments.
IT Project Management (Bonus)
  1. Support UI/UX designers and developers by monitoring project progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring schedules are met.
  2. Approach tasks strategically to enhance platform quality and improve user experience.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. 4+ years of experience managing projects in the advertising, digital, or tech industries.
  2. A strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  3. An organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities.
  4. A natural leader with the ability to guide teams and inspire collaboration.
  5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
  6. Experience in advertising agencies or related fields is highly preferred.
  7. Good command in English, Malay, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
  8. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable with a passion for learning and growing.
  10. A knack for thinking outside the box and taking ownership of projects.
