We are looking for a Modernization Sales Consultant to help meet business goals.

  • Permanent role
  • Based in Petaling Jaya
  • Reports to the Director, Modernization Sales, Malaysia & Brunei
Your key responsibilities:
  • Handle all modernization sales enquiries from Consultants, Architects, Management Company, Owners etc.
  • Preparation of estimates, quotes, bids and tenders and other selling and marketing activities related to existing buildings modernization sales.
  • Ensure all submissions are in accordance to Otis policy, code of ethics and ISO 9000 standards.
  • Formulate and develop sales strategies to achieve Company's targets and objectives.
  • Ability to negotiate, conduct presentations and establish good relationships with higher level of key positions in customer organizations.
  • Compile monthly and yearly sales and negotiation status reports to HOD.
  • Assist the Modernization Sales Department in formulating market objectives, strategies and annual plan.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend site coordination and meetings as necessary to ensure performance objectives are realized.
  • Manage and handle all enquiries arising from assigned territories or as given tasks.
  • Responsible for the safety and protection of oneself, subordinates, and the environment.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by HOD.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Diploma or Degree in business management or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience.
  • Computer literate with good writing skills.
  • Possess good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidates from Banking/Hospitality/Pharmaceutical industry in sales roles are encouraged to apply.
