● Managing and organizing overall activities on operations.

● Managing day-to-day operations at the state.

● Planning and taking actions on continuous changes related to operations, maintenance of equipment, and building safety to improve service performance. Responsible for maintenance of assets with assistance from the support unit.

● Ensuring all operations branches' acceptance complies with standard operating procedures/work instructions, company policies, acts, and regulatory requirements. Perform regular/scheduled audits, inspections, and 'turun padang' activities to check and observe compliance levels and improvements.

● Managing resources at the state to ensure adequate resources at all times to avoid failure at any point of operations. Prepare and regularly update pick-up, processing, and delivery capacity to ensure good productivity and cost management.

● Providing adequate annual AMP (CAPEX and OPEX) for the needs of all off-branches to ensure operations tools and IT peripherals are sufficient to accept, process, transport, and deliver mails/Poslaju products at the state.

● Promoting and executing process improvement within the state to ensure efficient and smooth operations that produce the highest quality products and services.

● Identifying risks related to operations and taking immediate corrective or preventive actions to mitigate those risks.

● Providing daily feedback and performance reports to management on any matters pertaining to operations and state administration. Responsible for collecting, observing, and gathering data/information when required by headquarters.

● Communicating effectively at all levels of operations. Providing leadership, guidance, and steering subordinates to achieve higher work quality and productivity.

● Developing a good rapport through consistent engagement and cordial relationships, representing as liaison officer with the state government.

● Providing leadership and guidance to subordinates.

● Ensuring good coordination and teamwork between units/departments.

● Responsible for maintenance of all employer assets with assistance from the support unit.

● Steering subordinates to achieve higher work quality and productivity.

● Being proactive and aggressive in any action to meet current operational requirements.

● Promoting and executing process improvements within the state.

● Demonstrating adaptability to changes in business strategies and requirements.

  • Ensuring all departments contribute their efforts towards an excellent customer experience.
  • Providing daily feedback and performance reports to management on any matters pertaining to operations and state administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of Learning and Development experience with strategic orientation, preferably within a sales and customer service environment.
  • Able to contribute to translating business objectives into learning and development initiatives.
  • Able to demonstrate practical application of organizational learning and development tools and concepts.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to design and deliver training.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and methodologies in adult learning principles.
  • Significant experience managing engagements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage project timelines and/or deadlines.
