Job Responsibilities:

To promote the company range of payment services and develop new business opportunities. An established Fintech company is seeking a Senior New Business Specialist to support the growth of our business by exploring new strategic partnerships and managing payment channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and gaining constructive collaboration and payment channels that generate revenue and drive user adoption. This role requires a strong understanding of the payment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal departments and external parties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Business Partnership & Collaboration Skills
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships (including banks, payment gateways, and other third-party service providers).

  2. Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities based on revenue potential, market trends, and alignment with company goals.

  3. Nurture and maintain relationships with key partnerships, conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address issues, and identify growth opportunities.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including negotiation of contract terms, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

  5. Assist with creating sales materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support partner and channel sales efforts.

  6. Share products or channels trends with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products and services.

Project Management Skills
  1. Lead and coordinate complex projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are met within specified timelines.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key projects, including user requirements, product design, legal, risk & compliance, and operations.

Channel Expansion & Product Development
  1. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.

  2. Develop a deep understanding of the channel partner's businesses, as well as the company's new products/features, target markets, and their unique value propositions.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiation of commercial & contract terms, managing ongoing relationships.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create channel programs and initiatives to drive channel (payment method) engagement and sales growth.

  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  6. Assist with creating materials, presentations, and other guidelines to support sales efforts of channels, products/features.

Pre-Requisites:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  2. At least 3 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position.

  3. Strong understanding of the payment industry, including knowledge of payment products and services.

  4. Persuasive negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  6. Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  8. Required written and speaking language: English.
