We're partnered with a multinational innovator in advanced industrial solutions, specializing in high-performance materials and specialty chemical technologies. We're assisting them in recruiting the Sales/Business Development (Exec/Senior/Asst Manager) – Industrial Solutions to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and establish partnerships with new clients across emerging and mature markets.
  • Cultivate long-term alliances with strategic accounts to maximize retention and recurring revenue streams.
  • Design and implement growth-oriented sales strategies to meet financial targets and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on exceeding performance metrics and sharing best practices.
  • Continuously analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to refine tactical approaches.
  • Adapt product/service portfolios to align with evolving customer demands and industry innovations.
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives while deepening market share within existing accounts.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales analytics, performance dashboards, and ad-hoc reports for leadership review.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.

Salary range:

  • Exec: RM 3,000 to RM 4,000
  • Senior Exec: RM 5,000 to RM 7,000
  • Assistant Sales Manager: RM 8,000 to RM 10,000

Requirements:

  • Key Skills: Client Acquisition, Strategic Account Management, Revenue Growth, Market Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (Diploma holders with extensive experience may apply).
  • 5+ years in B2B sales roles within specialty chemical, industrial materials, or manufacturing sectors (e.g., coatings, adhesives, packaging).
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and resolving complex client challenges.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and readiness for frequent regional travel.
  • Self-driven with a track record of thriving in both independent and team-oriented settings.
  • Only open to local Malaysians.
