Telesales Team Lead

As the Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the telesales team, ensuring they meet sales targets, and providing coaching to enhance team performance. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and improving the overall customer experience through effective communication and solution-selling. This is a leadership role that requires a strong mix of sales expertise and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with other departments, including customer service and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Report on team performance, sales data, and trends to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans for improvement.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading a telesales team.
- Knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and strategies.
