Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are seeking a Telesales to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our services and subscription plans. Your goal is to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualify leads as sales opportunities
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails or messages
Present our company to potential clients and educate them about our services,subscription plans, and support in product launches
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Tailor product solutions to increase client satisfaction
Build rapport and long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Stay up-to-date with latest products/services and their price/payment plans
QualificationsPrior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calling, is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
