You are responsible for driving the sales and marketing management of Business Assurance Malaysia business and market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners.
  2. Identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or business alliances to reach out to target customers for new services.
  3. Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries.
  4. Support the monitoring and evaluation of the financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting.
  5. Support the management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.
  6. Drive and support lead generation initiatives including digital Management System and Academy/Training.
  7. Provide sales and product training and coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
  8. Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners through regular customer visits with local sales as well as timely addressing of customers' inquiries, feedback, and comments.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferably with at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in Management System Certification.
  2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth.
  4. Possess strong business acumen, process orientation, and versatility to thrive in a matrix organization.
  5. Target-driven personality but with a high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives.
