- Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans.
Sales Planning & Activities
- Promote, introduce, and market a range of Tokio Marine's life-insurance products to the Bank's customers (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan, and Investment Linked Plan).
- Perform needs-based selling by understanding customers' financial goals, protection needs, savings, education, medical, and retirement savings.
- Brief and ensure customers understand the insurance plan features, charges, and prepare quotations and explanations of product disclosures.
- Assist customers in handling premium payments, policy inquiries, policy servicing, and claims-related matters.
- Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank's leads (LMS) and self-generated leads.
- Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities to increase customers' PHR and revenue.
- Set appointments, conduct sales visitations, and engage with customers.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationships and obtain referrals.
- Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
- Comply with CPD hours and ensure completion rate of CFF forms.
- Adhere to the Bank's policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics.
