  • Cultivates a high-performance culture
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across APAC, ensuring both market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with team leads to provide HR expertise on employee performance, career progression, and retention strategies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and grievances in a timely, fair, and confidential manner, working with leaders to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics.

Employer Branding and Recruitment:

  • Drive internal communications initiatives to ensure clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across the company.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position CARMA as an employer of choice in the media research and analytics sector.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for key roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with CARMA's values and culture.

HR Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across APAC and oversee HR administration to mitigate risks.
  • Manage HR administrative processes, including:
  • Employee onboarding
  • Contract management
  • Compliance with company policies
  • Lead efforts to streamline HR operations, ensuring HR workflows are efficient and employees have a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the impact of AI on the workforce and expertise in integrating L&D programs to address these challenges.
  • Talent Management: In-depth experience setting up processes and programs across the full talent management spectrum.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment: Proven track record in employer branding and recruitment strategies, particularly in competitive industries, to attract top talent.
