We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the marketing and branding initiatives for our client in the higher education industry. The successful candidate will drive the university's brand visibility, student recruitment, and engagement efforts locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and institutional growth.
  • Oversee brand management ensuring consistency across all platforms (digital, print, events, PR).
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, paid campaigns, and website management.
  • Plan and manage recruitment campaigns for undergraduate, postgraduate, and international markets.
  • Collaborate with admissions, academic faculties, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Manage PR and media relations to enhance the university's reputation.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and advertising content.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in higher education is highly preferred; otherwise experience in hospitality, healthcare, premium brands, or services sectors.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
