[VACANT] Supply Chain - Procurement, ExecutiveSalary Range MYR 3,000 - 3,999City Bandar Sri DamansaraCountry MalaysiaJob DescriptionTo manage rolling forecast and perform demand planning with reference to historical and projected sales data.Collaborate with business and principal through S&OP to gather insights and inputs that impacted demand forecast.To execute day to day purchasing processes including reviewing purchase requests, issuing purchase orders, overseeing the order fulfillment cycle, and keeping track of open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.To liaise and work with the forwarder/courier service providers and monitor the incoming shipments diligently.Manage and optimize inventory levels efficiently to minimize inward logistic costs and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.To perform vendor performance assessment annually to ensure continuous engagement and improvement of product quality and service level.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the procurement processes.To ensure continual compliance with ISO & GDPMD requirements.RequirementsDegree in Supply Chain or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.Knowledge in demand forecasting.Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and GDPMD.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & SAP B1.Good command of English.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Analytical & innovative.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
