What you'll be doing

  • Manage the planning, implementation, and control of the supply chain to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and processes to optimize inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and improve supply chain visibility and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What we're looking for

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field.
  • 3-5 of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, processes (warehouse operations), technologies and custom regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools such as SAP Software.
