Executive Sales Manager

Sales / Business Development:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
- Conducting market research to find new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the after-sales services, such as follow-ups and customer feedback.
- Managing and updating customer databases (CRM tools).
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintaining long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required skills:
- Consultative Selling–Ability to align products with customer business goals.
- Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of cloud, AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, etc. (will be an advantage)
- Persuasion & relationship-building abilities
- Adaptability & problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
Technical skills:
- Basic CRM
Additional requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- 3 - 5 years working experience in the relevant field
- Valid driving licence (will be an advantage)
