We are looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who will manage and execute client campaigns with a focus on Social Media and Google Ads. This role involves creating tailored digital marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and delivering results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both platforms and a customer-first mindset to ensure that client campaigns are successful, optimized, and meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Campaign Management:
    1. Handle end-to-end management of client campaigns, ensuring all digital marketing objectives are met.
    2. Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on social media and Google Ads.
    3. Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and KPIs, then translate those into actionable digital campaigns.
    4. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations for campaign improvement.
  2. Social Media Management:
    1. Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns for clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
    2. Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, ads) based on client branding and objectives.
    3. Monitor client social media engagement and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    4. Provide clients with performance reports and actionable insights to improve their social media presence.
  3. Google Ads Campaign Management:
    1. Manage client Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.), ensuring optimal targeting, keyword strategy, and ad copy.
    2. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI, including adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting.
    3. Analyze and report on Google Ads performance, sharing insights and data-driven recommendations with clients.
    4. Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience managing client campaigns in Social Media and Google Ads (preferably 1-2 years).
  2. Strong ability to create and implement tailored strategies for clients across social media and paid advertising platforms.
  3. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other reporting/analytics tools.
  4. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting results.
  5. Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and results.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt strategies based on campaign performance.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
