AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive for one of our exciting brands.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the stores, communicate objectives, provide support and assist the Beauty Advisors in achieving the objectives set.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the brand stores objectives set together.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with Beauty Advisors by providing any support or information needed to drive sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans to support Beauty Advisors, working closely with them to identify performance gaps, set achievable goals, and provide ongoing guidance to enhance their selling skills and customer service.
- Conduct weekly inventory reviews to maintain optimal stock levels, anticipate sales trends, and ensure adequate inventory to support company promotions, events, and customer demands.
- Drive business growth by managing the sell-in counter and cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional collaborations to exceed sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring of Beauty Advisors to build a highly effective and motivated sales team.
- Prepare monthly Beauty Advisors sales commission and incentive report.
- Proactively pursue opportunities for ongoing professional development, expanding sales, managerial, and business skills, as well as deepening product knowledge, in order to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in Business Development / Business Administration / Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience and exposure in Sales Related Field.
- Prior experience in the retail industry or similar capacity especially in FMCG or Beauty industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
