Administrative Executive

- Manage application and renewal of company license and Foreign worker works permit.
- Responsible for full spectrum of general administration function including prepare, process & generate purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Human Resource tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling in systematic and timely manner.
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions and prepare the report.
- Provide technical support to prevent error re-occurring.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks when required by superior.
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is preferable.
- Pleasant personality, responsible and trustworthy.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Taman Melati, Setapak.
