The Business Development Executive role requires you to drive business growth and expand our brand presence. This dynamic role involves assisting in sales and marketing, managing social media content, and crafting compelling website updates. You'll also network at industry events, coordinate exclusive company-hosted experiences, and connect with potential clients through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in daily activities to generate new business opportunities and increase brand awareness.
- Social Media Management: Plan, coordinate, and post content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Xiao Hong Shu, while monitoring engagement and tracking performance.
- Website Content: Manage updates to the company website, including case studies and blogs, ensuring content is relevant and optimised.
- Event Participation: Attend industry events to meet potential clients and generate leads. Follow up to build relationships and nurture prospects.
- Marketing Events Coordination: Help organise and promote company-hosted events like dinners, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Cold Outreach & Lead Generation: Research, target, and engage potential clients through cold outreach to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Z21 (zero to one) specializes in traffic, conversion, retention -- the core pillars of e-commerce growth. We design (UI/UX) and develop on Shopify Plus for high-growth brands, grow them with performance marketing on paid ads and email, and continuously optimize their store conversion rate.
As one of Malaysia's first Meta Business Partners and Shopify Plus Partners, Z21 Studio helps e-commerce brands grow through Shopify, FB/IG/Google/TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Data Analytics. Job Requirements- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
