Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new business.
  2. Maintain records and reports in our CRM.
  3. Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
  4. Identify and establish potential channel partners.
  5. Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience.
  2. Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  5. Business level fluency in English is a must.
  6. Business level fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Nice to have

  1. Familiarity with HRM software or systems.
  2. 1-3 years of experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, or Employee Benefits services.
  3. Prior exposure to working in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
  4. Remote working experience.
